YAC Group Human Rights Policy
The YAC Group promotes corporate activities aimed at balancing corporate growth and the realization of a sustainable society under the ultimate philosophy of "contributing more to society."
We respect human rights as a social responsibility required of companies and aim to grow sustainably together with society. We deeply recognize the impact of corporate activities on human rights and respect international human rights standards such as the "UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs)," "ILO Core Labor Standards," "OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises," and the "International Bill of Human Rights," and we will implement these standards.
Governance
The initiatives based on this policy are overseen by the President and CEO of Y.A.C. Holdings Co., Ltd.
In cases of potential serious human rights violations, an emergency response team will be organized to respond promptly, and an investigation will be conducted by an independent third-party organization.
Respect for Fundamental Human Rights
The YAC Group respects the fundamental human rights of all stakeholders of the YAC Group.
We respect the fundamental human rights of all individuals, regardless of race, gender, age, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or disability.
We provide a workplace environment that does not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment.

We provide a safe and healthy workplace environment for all people working at the YAC Group by establishing appropriate and comfortable working conditions in accordance with laws and regulations.
We promote appropriate management of working hours and appropriate vacation time.
We comply with all laws and regulations related to working hours and wages in the countries and regions where we conduct business activities.
Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining Rights
We respect the rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the countries and regions where we conduct business activities.
In countries and regions where these rights are restricted, we establish alternative means of dialogue with employees to respect these rights.
Supply Chain Management
We share our human rights policy with suppliers.
We collaborate with stakeholders other than suppliers to promote respect for human rights throughout the supply chain.
Forced Labor
We do not engage in forced labor.
We do not tolerate any form of modern slavery, including human trafficking.
Respect for Children's Rights
We do not engage in child labor and respect children's rights.
We apply the same standards in our supply chain.
Coexistence with Local Communities
We build trust with local communities and continuously contribute to local communities while promoting harmony and development.
We support the sustainable development of local communities through environmental conservation activities and social contribution activities.
Transparency and Accountability
In the event of human rights issues, we respond promptly, disclose information transparently, and fulfill our accountability.

The YAC Group regularly reviews and continuously improves its human rights policies and initiatives.
Internal Awareness and Education
We conduct human rights awareness activities to create opportunities for each officer and employee to think about and deepen their understanding of human rights.
