Medium-Term Management Plan (FY2024-2026)

Management Vision and Mission

Our Group is committed to realizing its corporate philosophy of “Contributing more to society.” In 2020, we established our “Ultimate Corporate Philosophy”, and under this guiding principle, we have set forth a policy to promote growth of our employees and group, management by all, collaboration and healthy competition, SDGs-driven management, and expanding our tax contributions.

Based on these policies, our group aim to reach a revenue scale of 100 billion yen by 2030 and envision evolving into a 3 trillion company by our 100th anniversary year in 2073.

The mid-term management plan currently under formulation represents a critical milestone toward achieving these long-term goals.

Restructuring of business portfolio

To maximize synergies within each business field, we restructured our business fields effective April 2024 into three categories: 'Semiconductors and Mechatronics', 'Medical and Healthcare' and 'Environmental & Social Infrastructure'. Furthermore, in April 2025, we enhanced our group structure by partially reorganizing the companies within each business field.

Business Development in Future Growth Areas

We are actively advancing development efforts in fields with strong growth potential, with a particular focus on AI technologies, power semiconductors, and medical applications.

 

(1) Semiconductors & Mechatronics Business Field

In the Semiconductors & Mechatronics business field, we are actively driving development in the following areas:

  • Clean conveyors designed for heavy-load transport, including automated handling systems for back-end semiconductor processes and panel FOUPs
  • Upgraded SiC chip handlers, optimized for automotive applications and developed to meet global standards
  • Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) systems, integrated with clean conveyor platforms to enhance automated transport efficiency

 

(2) Medical and Healthcare Business Field

In the Medical and Healthcare Business Field, we are advancing the following initiatives:

  • Enhancement and development of new-generation dialysis device
  • Demonstration experiment for data verification in a High-Sensitivity digital immunoassay system

 

(3) Environmental and Social Infrastructure Business Field

In the Environmental and Social Infrastructure Business Field, we are actively driving development in the following areas:

  • Industrial instruments
  • Communication monitoring technologies for power networks
  • Heaters for coater developers
  • Heating equipment for large-format display manufacturing equipment
  • Packaging systems for e-commerce (EC) applications
