Purpose of Plasma system division is to accomplish a
contribution to society through the applied technology formed by plasma
technology as core. |

We make full use of the latest precision process technologies of Plasma
etching andashing, and those applied technologies are permeated to the
flat panel industry,semiconductor industry, electron instrument industry
and other industries.
We will spread this applied technology more, to aim at the further contribution
to the earth’s environment, namely environmental correspondence and energy
conservation.
We think the technology needs to be differentiated to get high profit in
economic downturn nowadays.
We are willing to offer our unique technology to the world with being based
upon our current skill and additional peripheral technology. |
