1973 May  Foundation of "Y. A. C. Co., Ltd." in Akishima City, Tokyo with a
 paid-up-capital of JPY 2.1 million.
June  Entered into a Industrial Packaging Equipment  business.
 Developed Packaging Equipment for use in the foods industry
  and packaging equipment for use in the cleaning industry.
 Commenced sales.
1975 August  Moved Head Office to Tachikawa City, Tokyo.
1976 May  Completion of Akishima Factory in Akishima City, Tokyo.
1977 January  Entered into a Semiconductor Industry business
1982 May  Completion of Head Office Factory in Akishima City, Tokyo.
1984 February  Developed "POS System" for liquor stores.
 Commenced sales.
1985 August  Entered into a Hard Disk Drive industry business.
1987 June  Developed Floating Tape Processing System (FTP) for
 Hard Disk Drive industry. Commenced sales.
1988 July  Completion of extension work of head office factory
  (Akishima City, Tokyo)
1989 March  Developed Handlers for Substrate Testing for use in the
 semiconductor industry. Commenced sales.
1990 April  Entered into a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) industry business.
1991 April  Established a California Representative Office in Santa Clara,
 California, USA
1992 March  Established a Technical Center in Akishima City, Tokyo
1993 March  Developed a Hanger Sorting System for use in the cleaning
  industry. Commenced sales.
November  Developed an Ultra Clean Packaging System (U.C.P.F.) for
 use in the semiconductor and magnetic disk industries.
1994 June  Listed its shares on the over-the-counter market of the Japan
  Securities Dealers Association.
1995 October  Established "HYAC Corporation" with a paid-up-capital of
 US$200,000 in California, USA for manufacturing and sales
 of various automation equipment.
 Established "YAC Systems Singapore Pte. Ltd." in Singapore
 with a paid-up-capital of SG$300,000.
1997 November  Completion of "Akishima No. 2 factory".
 Developed "Low Cost Hanger Sorting System" and "High Speed,
 Low Profile Hanger Packing System" for a Cleaning Industry.
1998 July  Commenced development of the "Memory IC Test Handler
 TH-7000".
October  Development of clean conveyor systems for use by disk
 manufacturers. Commenced manufacture.
2000 April  Merged with "Plasma Systems Co., Ltd."
 Took over the business of handler division of
  "MC Electronics Co., Ltd".
2001 October  Took over cleaning business by concluding "Business
  Transfer Agreement" on Cleaning Industry equipment
  with "Fuji Car Mfg Co., Ltd." and
 "Fuji Cleaning Equipment Co., Ltd.".
2006 August  Made Yishimura-Seiki Co., Ltd (changed the company name to
  “YAC Niigata Seiki Co., Ltd.”) the subsidiary by acquiring all
